How long until we receive our finished Super 8 Movie?

  • 10 weeks is the norm, but it could take a little longer. Working with film requires a bit more time and love. After we shoot it, it has to be processed, then digitized for editing and post-production, where we add titles and music and our own special magic.

How long will the Super 8 finished movie be, and how will I be able to view it?

  • Each reel represents roughly 3 minutes of footage. After editing, you can expect your finished Super 8 Movie to run somewhere between 2-5 minutes (depending on the length of your event). Our super 8 films are highlight films of the day. All the biggest and sweetest moments collected on one video.

How many edited photos do we receive?

  • Photography is roughly 50-80 retouched images per hour. We curate your final gallery, taking time and care to select the best images.

How do we get our files?

  • We will have an online gallery from which you will download your files. The gallery will be live for 1 year, and we suggest to download the full gallery to an external hard drive within 3 months.

What is your style?

  • Documentary and candid photography.

Do you shoot Destination Weddings/Elopements/Engagements?

  • YES! We love to travel and meet new people. Let’s talk.

How do I book you?

  • To reserve your date, you will need to complete our Inquiry form online - Once we figure out all the details, we send a contract, and you send a 25% retainer of the total. This is a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

Can we hold a date while we make our decision?

  • Yes, we have a 1 week hold after the first phone call to give you time to decide. After 7 days, the date is open to anyone else interested.

Do you have a backup plan?

  • Working with film is wonderful, but it requires some extra planning, and there are some additional risk. We have extra cameras and reels of film with us at all events. Our digital files are being captured on 2 cards and then backed up on external hard drives. We also have back up photographers and super 8 videographers so your day will be well documented no matter what!
