The best way we like to describe Super 8 is like an old school family video. The camera is vintage, and the “video” is captured on a reel of film! All film has to be developed and scanned to create your final digital video.

Our cameras do not pick up audio. The super 8 is just capturing the visuals of the day. We do offer adding audio of certain moments to overlay onto your film (such as parts of the ceremony or your first look reactions). The audio would be placed over the film, not synced to the visuals, in an artistic way.

We have invested in newly restored Super 8 cameras. We always come with backup cameras to any event. So yes, our super 8 cameras and the footage we capture is reliable. We also capture "back up digital footage" for any important moments (first look, ceremony, speeches and dances). This way no moment is ever missed!
